How can I place an order?

Orders can only be placed once you have registered and our office has approved your account. Please be sure to fill in all your details accurately to enable the account to be processed as quickly as possible.

Where are the prices?

Prices are not yet available on the website. Once you place an order, we will provide you a quote for your chosen items. Once payment of the quoted price has been received, your order will be delivered.

Do you deliver overseas?

We do not sell our products overseas yet. We only ship within Sydney area (within 40km from our warehouse) at the moment. However, buyers will be charged a delivery fee depending on the goods ordered and location. 

Returns?

As per Australian legislation, unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds under these circumstances:

  • If you simply change your mind or
  • Make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where:

  • Products are faulty;
  • Have been wrongly described;
  • Are different from a sample shown to you OR
  • Do not do what they’re supposed to

That being said, Evermore (Group) always strives 100% customer satisfaction, therefore please contact us directly and we will endeavour to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.
